Kailash Agarwalla
Mr. Agarwalla is a young & energetic CA. In his pre-qualification period, he was attached with a reputed CA firm as a Sr. Assistant and has acquired a good experience in auditing, marketing & financial consultancy job.
He independently handled the portfolio of stock & book-debts audit of Corporate borrowal accounts. He has the practical exposure in executing concurrent audit & statutory audit of PSUs banks. Apart from this, he had obtained exposure in preparation of projects, loan appraisal of high value proposals for new entrepreneur to the requirement of banks.
By this time, he has acquired a good knowledge in conducting audit in IT environments and has passed the relevant course (DISA) of the Institute during Dec’ 2007 and the Forensic Audit course in 2016.
Shailesh Bansal
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May’2005. At post qualification, he has gathered rich experience in Banking and Telecom Industry. He has worked with ICICI Bank for more than a decade in Corporate Banking and Mortgages Division, where he has gathered knowledge in Credit assessment of borrowers in varied Industries
In Corporate Banking, he has worked closely with various large Corporates, which has given him a good platform in enriching skills on exposure to structured lending, overseas funding, project financing, working capital financing, viability gap assessment, corporate debt restructuring, infrastructure financing, derivative instruments and corporate lending & etc.
